6th Annual High School Art Exhibit opens. Awards ceremony held in the Bell Gallery, 2 – 4 pm. Enjoy artwork submitted by area high school seniors who are participating in their first museum exhibition.

Spring Lecture Series II : Featuring Judge B. Michael Chitty titled “The Shroud of Turin – A Forensic Analysis.” Was the Shroud of Turin truly the burial cloth of Jesus Christ? Discover evidence on both sides of the argument as Judge Chitty discusses the science of the Shroud. 2 – 4 pm. in the TMA Classroom. First Friday Art Tour : Featuring New Works: Highlights from the Permanent Collection, 11 am – noon. Enjoy a special menu selection at the Museum Café prepared just for the occasion.

Seniors’ Day : Open Monday for all visitors age 65 and older. Docent-led tours begin at 10:30 am and 11:30 am and a complimentary lunch will be served following each tour. Reservations are required. Call 903.595.1001 to reserve your space today.
